Women's Wellness Small Group Strength Training Classes
Focus on building your strength, balance and endurance in this class designed just for women. Each session is limited in size for individualized attention in a fun and fast-paced 60 minute class.
Certified Instructor Mary Ann Pawlowski will teach the following small group sessions:
Mondays and Wednesdays 11:45am-12:45pm
4 week program - October 2nd - 30th.
Member - $84, potential member - $100
3 week program - November 4th - 20th
Member - $63, potential member - $75
4 week program - December 2nd - 30th
Member - $84. potential member - $100
