Join Us for Chair Fitness & Yoga!
Chair Fitness - 30-Minute class on Mondays at 9:30 a.m.
Join us for a chair-based aerobic workout! This class is designed to increase your heart rate, burn calories, and build strength. Chair Fitness will help you stay fit and healthy.
Chair Yoga - 30-Minute class on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m.
This class offers a gentle form of yoga practiced from a seated position in a chair. Just as traditional yoga, Chair Yoga offer many benefits, including reducing stress, blood pressure, anxiety, blood pressure, inflammation and chronic pain. The goal of Chair Yoga is to help you feel strong and confident in your ability to accomplish everyday tasks.
Join your friends for a walk!
Join us for a group walk! Check in at the Front Desk and then meet on the front steps of the Y. Delight in the motivation and encouragement of fellow Y members as we walk throughout the community. Class Length = 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes. All fitness levels welcome.

BOUNCE Class
BOUNCE! is a 55 minute full-body workout that mixes cardio and muscular endurance on a mini trampoline. Cardio jumping strengthens your heart, lungs, and boosts the lymphatic circulation with minimal and evenly spread impact to joints. This class will interval Core & Strength, so bring a mat.
Women on Weights
Women’s Wellness: Small Group Strength Training
Looking for a supportive space to build strength, confidence, and community? Join our Women’s Wellness Small Group Strength Training Classes led by certified instructor Mary Ann Pawlowski. These sessions are designed to help women of all fitness levels improve strength and form in a fun, encouraging environment.
Each series runs monthly, meeting on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:45 AM–12:45 PM. Sessions are small and focused, giving you personalized attention while still enjoying the motivation of a group setting.
