The Rome YMCA is a great location for your next birthday party or gathering!  

 

AQUA FUN PACKAGE

Includes one hour of swimming and one hour in our party room!  Parties are scheduled on Saturdays from 2pm to 3pm and Sunday, 2:30pm - 3:30pm

Cost for up to 25 people: 

$200 - YMCA Member
$250 - Potential Member

An extra $25 charge for 26-50 participants for one additional lifeguard. 

Birthday Party Q & A

Q: May I schedule a birthday party on days other than Saturday and Sunday?

A: At this time the available party rentals are only Saturday from 2pm to 3pm and Sunday, 2:30pm - 3:30pm

Q: When do I pay for my party?

A: A $100 deposit is due when you make your reservation. The balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. 

*Please note, additional charges my apply for damage to our equipment or facility or if the party area is not picked up, trash placed in provided trash can, etc. 

Q: What about refunds?

A: Notice of cancellation must be given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled rental time to receive a refund. 

    No refunds or re-schedules due to lightning or weather-related closures.  

Q: What does the YMCA provide for my party? 

A: We provide the party area with tables, chairs and a trash can.

    Set up, Decorations, party favors, refreshments and other party ware (plates, napkins, etc.) are your responsibility. 

Q: When may I set up and clean up for my party?

A: You may set up 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled rental time. Clean up must be done within your rental time. 

Other things to note:

  • Swim diapers are required for all children not potty trained.
  • Party guests are not allowed to use/play with our workout equipment (balls, dumbbells, etc.). 
  • Party guests are asked to remain in the designated party area(s) and not access other parts of the Y. 
  • Personal items should not be left unattended in locker rooms or in the party area. The YMCA is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Youth locker rooms and individual restrooms are available for your guests under the age of 18.
  • Our adult locker rooms are for guests age 18 and above. Guests younger than 18 should not accompany an adult into the adult locker rooms.
