The Rome YMCA offers Silver Sneakers®, Sliver & Fit®, and Renew Active® membership benefits. A YMCA membership is a fun, energizing way to get the activity you need to help you stay healthy and independent. Whether you enjoy walking on the treadmill, riding a stationary bike or taking a group exercise class, it is important to keep moving. With the Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit or Renew Active program you will have full access to the Rome YMCA, including our pool, group fitness classes and cardio and weight equipment.
To see if you qualify, use the link below to enter your Benefit ID or to search for your Benefit ID. We also offer special membership rates to individuals and couples 65 and older if you are not eligible to participate in any of these programs.
Silver Sneakers is a national exercise program for active older adults available through certain insurance plans.
You may get access to Silver & Fit as a Medicare beneficiary through many insurance companies’ Medicare Advantage and supplement plans.
This program is offered to certain individual policy plan holders of a UnitedHealthcare Medicare Plan.
