CPR for Healthcare Providers

The CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers (CPRO) program trains professional-level rescuers to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants until more advanced medical personnel take over. This course has been recently updated to current International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) guidelines, including the American Red Cross Aquatic Guidelines and Best Practices. These professions include EMS professionals, nurses, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare and public safety personnel, as well as those in the athletic training and recreation fields, including lifeguards.
