Do you need one-on-one time with a trainer? We offer Personal Training for all YMCA members 13 years and older. Choose one of our certified trainer's to help you advance further in your fitness ability through a cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training program designed for you based on your individual needs and goals. You can choose to train one-on-one, with a friend or with a group. Half hour and full hour sessions are available.
